Sincerity is one of the very important factor of performing every action. But here the very basic question is how one should be sincere with His Lord. Allah Almighty is our Lord and we should be sincere with him at every cost. But we can be sincere with him when we know that what is sincerity actually and ho one can remain sincere with Him. Below are given some tips which tell us that how we can remain sincere with Allah Almighty.
· Sincerity in Supplication
Guidance is at the hands of Allah solely. Whomsoever Allah guides won't go astray. The hearts of believers will be in hands of Allah. He controls that fully. Why in some way ask the one who regulates your heart to make you trustworthy in your actions? Omar bin Khattab (RadiaAllahu Anhu) used to say: Oh Allah! Make every one of my actions for yours sake solely!
· Try to do the actions privately
Actions which are done privately will probably be honest. With individuals around, it is rather difficult to get sincere. The trusting servant of Allah must always try to cover his excellent deeds together with sins through the eyes as well as ears of people. It is said by Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) that:-
"Allah will shade seven types of people on the Day of Judgment-the day where there is no shade but Allah’s shade..." The hadeeth continues where it mentions: "…And the person who gives charity and kept it so secretly to the extent that his left hand does not know the right hand gave. And the person that remembers Allah privately until his eyes filled with tears.”
· To ignore that what people are saying
One of the biggest trials in order to sincerity is when the heart leaps with joy when the idea hears the praise of people. People can always compliments the righteous and condemn the evildoer. We should ignore the praise of the people have fear from the sins. It is said by Ibn e Jawazi that:-
“Leave what people say and erase one’s honor from their hearts through good deeds and sincerity and concealment of oneself is what raised the elevated people."
· Follow those who are best
Don't think about the people about you intended for inspiration. Look to the people in the past on the pious predecessors. Try to read the bibliographies of the companions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). In Quran E Hakeem it is said by Allah Almighty that:-
And those are the people whom Allah guided so by their guidance do you follow (in their example)."
Lets pray to Allah Almighty that He makes us a true Momin and give us a life of a pure Muslim.(Amen).
